About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This is primarily an operations-focused role where you will be responsible for the coordination and governance of multiple project streams. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers and various stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, track project health and maintain seamless communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Governance: Responsible for tracking project status and health across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with multiple project managers and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
Reporting: Share regular and accurate project updates, maintaining transparency on progress and milestones.
Issue Resolution: Proactively identify roadblocks, bottlenecks, or delays and follow up relentlessly with owners to ensure timely resolution.
Operational Coordination: Manage the end-to-end coordination of operational tasks to support the data infrastructure and analytics initiatives.
Required Skills:
Operations Expertise: Strong background in operations and project coordination within a professional services environment.
Communication: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong soft skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
Project Tracking: Proficiency in monitoring timelines, deliverables, and identifying project risks.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Industry Experience: Candidates coming from consulting-based companies are highly preferred and usually align well with our model.
Technical Familiarity: A technical background is not mandatory but is considered a good-to-have skill for better context within our data-centric environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an MBA.
Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience in a PMO, Project Coordination or Operations-focused role.
