Responsibilities:
Ivy Mobility is looking to hire a Delivery Associate Director with expert knowledge of project management and technical specialty who can handle large account(s). The key deliverables are:
-Manage highly complex assignments that involve a high degree of risk and that impacts
the performance of the account/business unit.
-Ensure profitability of the given account(s).
-Responsible for account mining – to spot and create opportunities for Ivy to further
leverage out product offerings building more revenue from the account.
-Single point of contact for the client.
-Managing deliveries to ensure excellent client experience.
-Scope Management – Manage scope and ensure any changes to scope are captured and
converted to billable CR’s as appropriate.
-Partnering with the client to help them fully leverage Ivy’s product for driving maximum
business value.
-Ensure industry best practices and Ivy best practices are implemented in the account(s).
-Enabling partnerships to integrate solutions with other Ivy products, third party
solutions, or third party service providers.
Required Skills:
Strategic thinker and problem solver with a ‘fire-in-the belly’ to find solutions to complex
problems
16 to 20 years of overall experience and ability to manage complex projects executed
across multiple shores and multiple technologies.
Experience working with CPG/FMCG companies or clients is highly preferable
Should have handled large projects (more than $5 million in revenue) with a good
understanding for project financials – driving profitability, revenue recognition
Ability to collaborate internally, with third party partners, and customers to deliver the
desired solutions to our clients
Ability to understand the client’s needs and translate those needs into actionable items
that can then be executed on a timely basis
Business acumen
Should have implemented projects both in Agile + Waterfall
Excellent communication skills.
Able to engage with all levels of client management
Ability to lead and mentor large team(s)
Knowledge of the industry project management best practices
