Technical Recruiter/IT Recruiter - Remote at Mayura Consultancy Services
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruiting for technical roles, strong communication skills, and a passion for connecting top talent with exciting opportunities.
This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and non-IT positions, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
What You Will Be Doing
Talent Sourcing:
Proactively source IT professionals through various channels including job boards, social media, internal databases, networking platforms, and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.
Job Posting & Campaign Management:
Create and manage compelling job postings across multiple platforms, ensuring visibility and alignment with hiring needs and MCS branding goals.
Screening & Evaluation:
Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and overall fit for the role.
Interview Coordination:
Manage and schedule candidate interviews with the business team, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both interviewers and candidates.
Offer Management:
Support the offer process including compensation discussions, managing candidate expectations, and ensuring clear and timely communication.
Who You Are
You have 1–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably hiring for IT or technical roles.
You are comfortable discussing technology stacks such as PHP, MERN, Java, or similar technologies with candidates.
You have experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean searches.
You are organized and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously.
You enjoy speaking with people and building relationships with candidates.
You are comfortable working in a fully remote, self-driven environment.
Nice to Have
Experience recruiting for startup or remote teams
Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools
Experience hiring international or remote developers
