Loopp is seeking a VP of Sales to build and scale our revenue engine. Working directly with founders, you’ll shape go-to-market strategy, establish repeatable sales processes, and drive revenue growth from early traction through to scale.
This is a hands-on builder role focused on creating sales functions from the ground up and turning early product-market fit into predictable, scalable revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead sales strategy across portfolio companies from early traction to scale
Design and implement scalable sales processes, playbooks, and pipelines
Partner with founders to define ICP, pricing, and sales motion (PLG, sales-led, hybrid)
Drive pipeline generation, conversion, and revenue growth across ventures
Hire, train, and manage high-performing sales teams
Establish sales KPIs, forecasting, and reporting systems
Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to align GTM and revenue strategy
Optimize sales funnels, tooling (CRM), and performance across the portfolio
What We’re Looking For
Sales Leadership: 8–15+ years in sales, with experience as a VP/Head of Sales or similar role
Startup Experience: Proven track record building sales functions in early-stage or high-growth companies
Revenue Ownership: Experience owning pipeline, quota, and revenue targets
Process Builder: Strong ability to create repeatable, scalable sales systems
Team Builder: Experience hiring and leading sales teams from the ground up
GTM Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B or B2C sales motions and customer acquisition
Hands-On Operator: Comfortable selling, closing deals, and coaching teams directly
