Job Description:
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced professional who can help us establish a complete manufacturing setup for Data Center Racks. The candidate should have hands-on experience in rack design, production planning, machine selection, manufacturing processes, quality control, and factory setup.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Data Center Racks (42U, 45U, 48U, etc.)
Recommend and finalize manufacturing machines and equipment
Create complete production workflow from raw material to finished rack
Guide factory layout and production line setup
Select suitable raw materials (CRCA Steel, GI Sheet, etc.)
Develop assembly and powder coating processes
Implement quality control and testing procedures
Prepare technical drawings and manufacturing documentation
Train production staff and machine operators
Support prototype development and production optimization
Experience Required: 5+ Years (Preferred in Data Center Rack, Server Rack, Telecom Rack, Electrical Enclosure Manufacturing)
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
