We are seeking a Senior Manager, SiC New Product Development, to lead hands-on execution of SiC MOSFET new product development programs from concept through formal product release. This role ensures disciplined execution of the APQP process, cross-functional coordination, qualification execution, and product readiness.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Own day-to-day execution of assigned SiC MOSFET NPD programs from concept through product release using the APQP framework.
Develop and maintain detailed program plans including scope, milestones, deliverables, ownership, and dependencies.
Track execution versus plan and proactively identify schedule, yield, qualification, and product readiness risks.
Serve as the primary NPD interface with internal and external cross-functional teams.
Drive definition of CP, FT, and QC test strategies with technology teams.
Execute qualification plans and review reliability data to ensure product robustness and release readiness.
Drive creation and review of preliminary datasheets, final datasheet inputs, and supporting documentation.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to NPD engineers and support transition to sustaining teams.
Required Qualifications:
MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
8+ years of semiconductor industry experience including SiC power devices.
Hands-on experience with SiC new product development and qualification.
Working knowledge of APQP and semiconductor NPI processes.
Strong technical execution and program management skills.
Deep understanding of SiC MOSFET device behavior, qualification, and reliability.
Data-driven problem-solving and risk management capability.
Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
