The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management abilities, and experience handling executive calendars, travel coordination, presentations, and office administration in a fast-paced corporate environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive executive support to Senior Leaders.Independently manage executive emails, prioritize actions, and ensure timely follow-ups.Manage complex calendars across multiple geographies and time zones.Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.Prepare presentations, business communications, reports, agendas, and meeting materials.Organize leadership meetings, team meetings, and Town Halls.Track action items and ensure timely completion of deliverables.Liaise with internal stakeholders, advisors, employees, and external clients.Process and manage expense submissions for leaders and their teams.Handle multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.Required Qualifications:Relevant experience in Executive Assistant, Executive Office Management, Executive Coordination, Scheduling, or Voice Process.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong calendar management and meeting coordination experience.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Experience interacting with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage changing priorities.Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.
