Account Executive | Steer Health Irving, TX (hybrid) or remote at Steer Health
We build AI that actually does the work in healthcare. Not another dashboard, not a “copilot” that makes someone’s job slightly less annoying. Real autonomous agents that capture patients, book them, document the visit, and follow up, across hospitals, urgent care, ERs, and radiology. Today that runs across 109 organizations, 472 locations, 45-plus hospitals, and roughly 19 million patient lives. We are an AI-native growth platform for health systems, and we are growing fast.
Now we need someone who can sell it.
Here’s the honest version of the job. You will own a pipeline, run your own deals end to end, and talk to people who are smart, busy, and skeptical (think VPs of operations, revenue cycle leaders, marketing chiefs at health systems). Healthcare buyers have been burned by software that overpromised, so part of the job is earning trust, not just pitching features. The good news: the product is real, the references are real, and once people see what FastTrackCare does to their missed-call and no-show numbers, the conversation gets a lot easier.
What we are actually looking for:
• You have carried a quota in B2B SaaS and hit it. Healthcare or health-tech experience is a big plus, but if you are a fast learner who can hold your own with technical and clinical buyers, we want to talk.
• You are comfortable with a longer, multi-stakeholder sale and you do not disappear when a deal stalls. You know how to create urgency without being a pest.
• You write well, you listen more than you talk, and you can explain something complicated in plain language.
• You are a builder, not a passenger. This is still a place where you can shape how we sell, not just follow a script.
What you get:
• A product that wins demos. That matters more than people admit.
• A real territory and real support, working alongside a sales leader who runs a player-coach model and will actually coach you.
• Uncapped commission, equity, and the upside of joining a company in a steep growth phase.
• The chance to sell something that genuinely makes care better. The missed calls, the post-discharge gaps, the burned-out front desk staff: we are fixing the boring, broken stuff that hurts patients and exhausts teams.
If you have sold into healthcare and felt the gap between what gets promised and what gets delivered, you will understand why we built this. Come close deals you can feel good about.
