What You'll Do
Own the recruitment process for technical positions from sourcing to placement
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple markets
Identify and engage high-quality candidates through various sourcing channels
Conduct candidate screening and qualification interviews
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates
Develop long-term relationships with candidates and talent communities
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Ability to evaluate technical candidates at a high level
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Experience managing multiple hiring projects simultaneously
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Nice to Have
Experience recruiting software engineers and other technical professionals
Experience working with startups, staffing agencies, or recruitment firms
Familiarity with online talent communities, Discord, Twitter/X, GitHub, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
Experience hiring across international markets
