About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and versatile Marketing Generalist to lead and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives across growth, performance marketing, content strategy, and AI-powered automation. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with analytical thinking and can build scalable marketing systems that drive measurable business results.
You will work across channels, campaigns, and tools to accelerate customer acquisition, improve retention, strengthen brand presence, and optimize internal marketing workflows.

ZenTrades empowers tradesmen with an AI assistant, LISA (co-pilot), to enhance their sales and service capabilities using Generative AI.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Performance Marketing
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
Manage customer acquisition funnels with clear CAC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion targets.
Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and messaging to improve campaign performance.
Build remarketing and lifecycle campaigns to improve conversion and retention.
Analyze campaign data and recommend budget allocation strategies.
Content Strategy & Brand Growth
Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business goals.
Create and manage content calendars across social media, blogs, email, and website channels.
Coordinate creation of performance-led content including ad creatives, landing page copy, newsletters, and thought leadership assets.
Improve organic growth through SEO-focused content initiatives.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
AI Tools & Marketing Automation
Identify and implement AI tools to improve content creation, campaign management, reporting, and workflows.
Build automation systems using platforms such as Zapier, HubSpot, Notion, CRM tools, and no-code tools.
Use AI tools for copy generation, customer segmentation, campaign insights, and reporting dashboards.
Streamline repetitive processes through workflows and automation.
Stay updated on emerging AI marketing tools and best practices.
Analytics & Reporting
Track key growth metrics across channels and campaigns.
Create weekly/monthly dashboards for traffic, leads, CAC, ROI, and funnel performance.
Generate actionable insights from data and recommend next steps.
Maintain strong attribution discipline across paid and organic channels.
Required Skills & Experience
4–6 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or full-stack marketing roles.
Proven hands-on experience running paid performance campaigns.
Strong understanding of funnels, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition.
Experience building content strategies that drive measurable growth.
Familiarity with AI tools for marketing productivity and automation.
Strong analytical skills with comfort using spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Self-starter mindset with ability to work across multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B, SaaS, or startup environments.
Knowledge of AEO, SEO, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, and CRM systems.
Experience using tools like Canva, Figma, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
Strong understanding of AI prompting and workflow design.
