Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced MERN Full Stack Developer with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, and capable of handling both front-end and back-end development tasks. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver efficient and high-performing applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack
Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services
Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js
Manage databases using MongoDB and optimize queries
Integrate third-party APIs and services
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
Debug, test, and improve application performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements
Ensure application security and data protection
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2 to 4 years of experience as a MERN Full Stack Developer
Strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
Experience with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
Familiarity with Git and version control systems
Understanding of REST APIs and MVC architecture
Basic knowledge of deployment and server management
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Nice to Have:
Experience with Redux, Next.js, or TypeScript
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, etc.)
Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
