About Us
We're an AI native e-commerce management company. We’re building AI agents for end to end eCom management. Amazon is our first market - and Jeff, our AI sales rep for Amazon Agencies, already sends 3x more emails and books 5x more meetings at half the cost of traditional reps.
But Jeff's just the start. We're creating AI agents for PPC, listings, reviews, pricing - all the repetitive tasks that eat up hours. The goal: let AI handle the grunt work so people can focus on strategy and growth.
The Role
We need a Founding Growth Marketer who thinks in funnels, experiments, and data. You'll own the full marketing stack for brands on Amazon - paid ads, listing conversion, promotional campaigns, and performance analytics.
As a founding member, you'll also document your workflows and identify what should be automated next. Your daily work shapes our product roadmap. This is hands-on growth marketing with direct impact on product development. You'll deliver real results for clients while building the playbook for scale.
Core Responsibilities
Growth & Marketing Execution
Run paid ad campaigns - and identify which optimization decisions could be automated vs. need human judgment
Analyze performance data to adjust spend, while documenting the decision logic that could train an AI agent
Optimize listings for conversion - then build the rubric an AI could use to do it at scale
Launch products and promotions - and create repeatable playbooks from each launch
Monitor competitors and market trends - flag patterns worth automating into alerts or dashboards
Handle client communication - identify which updates could be templated or auto-generated
Turn every task into two outputs: the result, and the system that could replicate it
NOTE: We are not looking for someone who already knows this, we will teach. But looking for someone who would enjoy doing this work for brands on Amazon US & UK.
Building for Scale
Turn your workflows into AI agent specs - start messy, ship fast, iterate
Work with product to prioritize: what's worth automating now vs. later vs. never?
Test AI tools in live operations and report back fast: what works, what breaks, what's not worth fixing yet
Design for 100x scale, but build scrappily - duct tape today, infrastructure tomorrow
Optimize for low marginal cost per brand - adding accounts shouldn't mean adding headcount
Ask constantly: "What's the bottleneck if we are 10x tomorrow?" Solve that first.
Founding Team Responsibilities
Build AI+Human Workflows: Determine what AI does best (data analysis, pattern recognition) vs. humans (strategy, relationships). Test, break, rebuild these workflows weekly
Test Pricing Models: Run experiments with pay-per-ROAS, success fees, flat fees. Track which models align incentives and scale
Deep Learning Approach: Don't just execute - understand WHY things work. Question every "best practice." Document insights that become our competitive advantage
Direct Founder Access: Discuss learnings, pivot strategies, and make rapid decisions without bureaucracy
Shape the Product: Your daily frustrations become product features. Your workflows become AI agents
