Role Overview We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Social Media & Paid Ads Manager with proven experience in Facebook and Instagram marketing to help drive awareness, engagement, and investor/developer acquisition. This role will be instrumental in managing our digital campaigns and shaping our paid marketing strategy as we scale our pre-seed and go-to-market efforts. Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns (Messages, Post Engagement, Events, Lead Generation, Sales, etc.). Manage organic social media presence (posting, community engagement, growth). Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting strategies. Analyze performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI. Compile weekly campaign reports to measure engagement, leads, and conversions. Collaborate with the design and content teams to align visuals and messaging. Stay current with Meta advertising best practices, trends, and policy updates. Recommend new strategies to drive qualified investor and developer traffic to UnderContrac’s platform. Qualifications 5+ years experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Management. Proven track record of successful ad campaigns with measurable results. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with Meta Ads Manager and analytics dashboards. Understanding of A/B testing, ad optimization, and retargeting campaigns. Experience with startup marketing or fintech/real estate tech is a strong plus. Excellent written communication and creative judgment. Meta Certification (preferred, not required). Compensation This is an equity-based role during UnderContrac’s pre-seed stage, with the opportunity for paid compensation post-funding.
