Sales Manager at Solitics We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager with a strong focus on outbound hunting to lead and expand our business development efforts. This role requires a self-starter who thrives on chasing opportunities, converting prospects into long-term enterprise clients, and building a high-performance outbound sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in trading and/or real-money gaming, excellent enterprise sales acumen, and exceptional presentation skills. Key Responsibilities -Drive new business acquisition through proactive outbound prospecting, hunting, and closing deals with enterprise clients. -Build and manage a pipeline of high-value prospects, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. -Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and pitches to senior stakeholders and decision makers. -Develop and execute sales strategies for enterprise accounts, tailoring solutions to client needs. -Recruit, mentor, and manage a future outbound sales team to scale revenue growth. -Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies. -Report on performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy to senior management. *Requirements: * -Proven track record in outbound (“hunting”) enterprise sales — must. -Background in trading and/or gaming (real money) — must -5+ years experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity. -Ability to recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing sales team. -Strong enterprise sales expertise, including navigating complex decision-making structures. -Outstanding presentation and communication skills — must. -Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure and consistently hit targets.
