You will be an integral part of the organization where you will be a critical voice in the decision-making process. Responsibilities: Can plan, execute and run social media advertising. Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence. Plan, set up, and execute the demand generation programs to generate new leads and increase pipeline velocity through paid marketing campaigns across Google, Youtube, etc. Optimize account campaign performance through detailed analytics, hypotheses testing, and experimentation. Optimize landing page experience to improve conversion rates. Work closely with designers and back-end developers to execute optimization tasks, including A/B and multivariate tests. Oversee Marketing Automation and Lead nurturing programs. Help in building stable lead generation engine for sales team Use tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce and Pardot to capture key marketing metrics to measure, test and improve the performance of demand generation campaigns. Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels. Compile, review and communicate monthly/quarterly qualitative and quantitative reports on paid marketing performance, driving actionable insights for future efforts; communicate best practices and share lessons learned throughout the organization. Requirements: Experience in a product based company. (preferably worked in companies who have sold globally) Hands-on experience of one specific channel is a must. 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing. Hands-on experience managing / optimizing Google Ads, Facebook ads and other campaigns managing against targets. Demonstrated ability to create programs that increase revenue and generate customer acquisition, conversion and lead generation. A decent understanding of marketing automation tools. Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital.
