Senior Software Engineer / AI Gaming / Seed Funding / On-site at TrustIn
This role is hands-on, high-ownership, and sits at the frontier of what's possible with AI systems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Build the action abstraction, control loops, and perception-to-action pipelines that let agents operate inside real UI environments — from keyboard/mouse primitives to world models that predict what changes when an agent acts.
• Build high-throughput rollout pipelines, sandboxed agent environments, and the data engines that turn interaction logs into training data. Own deterministic replay, rich telemetry, and the infrastructure that keeps agent training fast and reproducible.
• Work across FSDP/ZeRO parallelism, Triton/CUDA kernel optimisation, speculative decoding, and quantisation — if it makes models faster or cheaper to run at scale, you'll own it.
• Develop real-time diffusion renderers for stylised game visuals, improve video diffusion controllability, and train models that generate structured interactive environments across vision, language, and simulation.
• Build agent systems that generate game logic and world structures, design tool-using reasoning systems, and work on post-training and fine-tuning of code generation models to improve reasoning and environment construction.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
✓Deep expertise in at least one of the areas above — breadth across several is a strong plus
✓Strong systems instincts — you think carefully about latency, correctness, and failure modes, not just happy paths
✓Experience shipping ML systems to production, not just research prototypes
✓Comfortable with ambiguity and energised by problems that don't have established playbooks yet
✓High ownership mentality — you drive work end-to-end and care about the outcome, not just your slice of it
