Sales Development Representative at SettleMint India *Location : New Delhi * *SettleMint India * SettleMint India was formed in 2019, with headquarters in Delhi, India. The India team focuses on client deliverables and the development of high-performance low-code Blockchain. We operate from Delhi, along with certain project locations. We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, target-driven, and eager to start or grow their career in sales. *Key Responsibilities * Research and identify potential customers through online sources, databases, and market intelligence. (Sales Navigator) Make outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting activities to engage potential clients. Qualify inbound leads and determine their fit, needs, and readiness for sales engagement. Schedule meetings and product demos with qualified prospects. Maintain accurate records of interactions, activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales and presales team to refine messaging and lead-generation strategies. Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity targets (calls, emails, meetings, pipeline generation). Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and company products/services to effectively communicate value propositions. *Required Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in Tech sales, business development, or lead generation (B2B SaaS/Tech preferred). Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to influence and build relationships. Comfortable making a high volume of calls and emails daily. Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and sales engagement platforms. Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B SaaS, IT services, or technology products. Familiarity with social selling strategies (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator).
