Technical Program Manager – Go-to-Market at Gruve Technology Position Description Gruve is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to guide customer projects from definition to delivery using our core technology services portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for holding internal teams accountable for producing service-based solutions and working parallel delivery deadlines for a variety of industry customer/partners. This is a strategic and cross-functional role that requires deep program management expertise, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for delivering scalable, repeatable solutions that solve real-world customer challenges. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end lifecycle of solution offerings including ideation, requirements gathering, launch, and ongoing optimization. Collaborate closely with practice leaders, engineering, delivery, sales, and partnership teams to define and deliver solutions aligned with customer needs and platform capabilities. Maintain and prioritize a dynamic solution roadmap with timely monthly releases. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to measure solution success and ensure strategic alignment. Represent the team in leadership meetings, serve as the primary source of truth in cross-functional planning and execution. Identify gaps and risks, escalate as needed, and document action plans for programs requiring corrective measures. Ensure thorough documentation and status updates to maintain operational continuity. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of product and/or program management experience, ideally in technology or enterprise software companies. Proven hands-on experience in delivering service-based solutions built on technology platforms. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Experience managing high-velocity product pipelines with frequent releases. Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering business value. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Experience working in AI technology companies. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience with Aha! and other product management tools. Deep knowledge of services for cybersecurity, data center networking, data platforms, and AI agent platforms. Familiarity with enterprise platforms (cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, data platforms). Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively across functions. Demonstrated ability to drive strategic alignment and continuous improvement using data-driven approaches.
