Key Responsibilities
Perform data mining and data processing tasks across multiple projects
Execute lead generation activities, including data research and enrichment
Handle data tagging and categorization based on defined guidelines
Conduct data scraping and data collection from web and other digital sources
Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
Carry out data conversion between various formats (e.g., CSV, Excel, XML, JSON, databases)
Maintain structured datasets and ensure adherence to data standards
Collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks
Document processes and workflows for repeatability and scalability
Required Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on experience with data processing, data mining, or data operations
Strong understanding of data collection, validation, and conversion techniques
Experience with lead generation and data research
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Ability to follow structured guidelines and deliver consistent results
Comfortable working with large datasets
Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic data tools
Added Advantages (Nice to Have)
Knowledge of XML structure, tagging, and transformation
Experience in e-Publishing workflows (e.g., EPUB, HTML, digital content processing)
Familiarity with web scraping tools or scripts
Basic understanding of databases or data management systems
Experience
Data processing experience (minimum 6+ months) and any relevant projects you’ve worked on
