The Opportunity
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Performance Marketer to own approximately $1M/month in paid social spend across MDhair, MDacne, and Nuvane. You will work directly with our CEO to scale access to personalized dermatology care across all three brands.
You will own day-to-day campaign performance across paid social channels, with a strong focus on Meta Ads, and help us expand and optimize channels such as Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, X, and other additional paid acquisition channels.
You will be responsible for launching campaigns, managing budgets, reading performance data, identifying what is working, and turning those insights into better tests, better creative briefs, and better CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback outcomes. You will work closely with our growth, creative, design, and analytics teams to scale winning campaigns across three high-growth DTC health and wellness brands.
This is a hands-on role combining execution, analysis, and creative testing strategy. The right person is highly analytical, fast-moving, comfortable inside ad accounts every day, and excited to help build a paid social machine that can scale across multiple brands.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of hands-on paid social or performance marketing experience, ideally in DTC, ecommerce, health, beauty, wellness, or subscription businesses
Deep experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, creative testing, and scaling
Experience with at least some of the following channels: Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, YouTube Ads, X Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, or other paid acquisition platforms
Strong understanding of performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, AOV, CVR, CPA, CPM, CTR, payback period, and contribution margin
Experience managing meaningful monthly ad spend and making budget allocation decisions based on performance data
Ability to structure clean creative tests, audience tests, landing page tests, and funnel experiments
Strong creative intuition. You understand how hooks, angles, offers, UGC, testimonials, statics, and video ads translate into performance
Comfort working with designers, creative strategists, editors, and copywriters to turn performance insights into better ads
Strong analytical skills and comfort building or maintaining reports in spreadsheets, ad platforms, GA4, Triple Whale, Northbeam, Looker, or similar tools
A self-starter who can operate without heavy process, move quickly, and create structure where needed
Clear, concise communicator, written and verbal
Bonus Points
Experience scaling paid social for DTC health, beauty, skincare, haircare, wellness, or telehealth brands
Experience with subscription ecommerce and recurring revenue models
Experience managing multiple brands or products at the same time
Experience working with AI tools for ad creation, performance analysis, creative iteration, or workflow automation
Experience with landing page testing, offer testing, CRO, or funnel analysis
Strong understanding of platform policies for health, beauty, medical, supplement, or personal-care advertising
What You'll Do
Own setup, launch, optimization, and scaling of paid social campaigns across MDhair, MDacne, and Nuvane
Lead Meta Ads execution across prospecting, retargeting, creative testing, budget allocation, and scaling
Test and grow additional paid social channels such as Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, X, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads
Analyze performance across CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, CVR, spend, revenue, and contribution margin
Turn campaign data into clear recommendations on what to scale, pause, rebuild, or test next
Work closely with creative, design, and growth teams to turn performance insights into stronger ad concepts, briefs, landing pages, and funnels
Maintain clear reporting and communicate what is working, what is not, and what we should do next
