We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong backend focus to architect, own, and ship high-performance features across our growing portfolio of consumer apps.
What You'll Do
Architect, build, and scale high-performance, real-time backend systems and APIs powering millions of users
Own entire modules or product areas end-to-end with minimal hand-holding
Design and optimise relational databases — indexing strategies, query optimisation, and schema design
Build and maintain caching layers (Redis), async job processing (BullMQ), and search infrastructure (OpenSearch)
Build fast, responsive frontend experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks
Lead technical design discussions, make architectural trade-off decisions, and mentor fellow engineers
Collaborate closely with product and design teams to ship impactful user experiences
Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, etc.) to maximise engineering productivity

Must-Have Requirements
3–5 years of experience building and shipping production-grade software at a product company
Strong backend engineering depth — any language (Node.js, Python, Java, Go, etc.)
Solid SQL/relational database experience — PostgreSQL strongly preferred
Hands-on experience with Redis or comparable caching/queue tools (BullMQ, Memcached, Celery, Sidekiq, RabbitMQ, Kafka)
Ability to reason through technical trade-offs — can clearly explain why they chose a tool, not just that they used it
Working frontend competency in any JavaScript framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a module or feature in production
Measurable product impact — can speak to outcomes with data (latency improvements, user growth, scale achieved)
Good to Have
OpenSearch / Elasticsearch experience
SvelteKit experience
DevOps / CI-CD pipeline exposure
Background in gaming or fintech domains
Founding engineer or early employee experience (sub-20-person team)
Experience at high-growth startups (Razorpay, Zomato, PhonePe, CRED-tier)
TypeScript proficiency
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex)
