The Solution Architect will provide technical leadership across multiple initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, enterprise architects, and integration teams. sustainability.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution ArchitectureLead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.Develop solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.Sales Cloud & Service Cloud LeadershipDesign and optimize Sales Cloud capabilities, including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Quotes, Forecasting, Campaigns, and Sales Processes.Design and optimize Service Cloud capabilities, including Case Management, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, Omni-Channel Routing, Entitlements, Milestones, Knowledge, and Lightning Service Console.Architect Experience Cloud solutions for customer and partner self-service portals.Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and recommend platform enhancements.Enterprise IntegrationArchitect integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms, including SAP ERP, middleware, Azure services, identity providers, customer support platforms, and other business applications.Define API strategies utilizing REST, SOAP, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and asynchronous integration patterns.Collaborate with enterprise integration teams to establish secure and reliable integration architectures.Technical Leadership & GovernanceEstablish Salesforce development standards, design patterns, coding guidelines, and governance processes.Review solution designs, architecture decisions, and code to ensure adherence to best practices.Mentor Salesforce developers and administrators while promoting knowledge sharing and technical excellence.Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) meetings and provide technical leadership across enterprise initiatives.Ensure solutions comply with security, compliance, audit, and data governance requirements.Platform Strategy & DevOpsDefine Salesforce environment strategy, release management, and deployment processes.Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines using Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Copado.Establish application monitoring, performance optimization, and operational support standards.Drive continuous platform improvement and technical modernization initiatives.Required QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.Experience8+ years of Salesforce experience, including solution architecture and enterprise application design.Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.Proven experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations in complex global organizations.Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, governor limits, security model, sharing rules, and data architecture.Experience designing enterprise integration solutions using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, and
