職務内容: Responsibilities
顧客要求を理解し、プロジェクトを主導するとともに、オフショアチーム（インド）と連携してプロジェクトを管理する。
プロジェクトチーム間の主要な窓口として機能し、スケジュール、設計仕様、データ品質を管理することで、プロジェクトを成功へ導く。
日本、インド、米国に所在する社内外のエンジニアおよび主要サプライヤーとの協力関係を促進し、重要なコミュニケーションを維持して、進行中および将来のプロジェクトをタイムリーかつ効果的に支援する。
すべてのプロジェクト関係者の中心的な調整窓口として機能し、技術レビューの実施、プロジェクトの問題解決、関係者全員が統一されたプロジェクトビジョンのもとで活動できるようにする。

CATIA V6（3DEXPERIENCE）の基本的な操作スキルと以下のワークベンチ使用経験
Generative Shape Design（GSD）

Assembly Design

自動車用内外装樹脂部品（ソフトトリム・ハードトリム）の設計・開発経験5年以上
上記内外装樹脂部品に関してOEMまたはTier1サプライヤーでの業務経験5年以上
チームリーダーとしてプロジェクト管理（技術・日程・品質等）を行った経験（3年以上）
サーフェス/ソリッドモデリングおよび機械製図の知識
自動車開発における開発スケジュールの理解
樹脂部品の製造プロセス全般、DFMEA、GD&T、累積公差解析に関する深い理解
Honda向け部品開発経験者優遇
日英バイリンガル（日本語語力 JLPT N3以上）必須
Excel、PowerPoint、Word、TeamsなどMS Officeスキル必須

Summary:
The DRE will be responsible for design from concept to release for components, systems, and sub-systems for vehicle programs. This individual will be depended on to build strong partnerships with internal/external team members responsible for design, validation, procurement, and manufacturing of the vehicle.
Responsibilities:
Understand and lead project according to client requirements and manage project with offshore team (India).
Drive project success by serving as the primary liaison between project teams, ensuring seamless alignment on technical specifications, project timelines, and budgetary goals.
Foster collaboration and maintain critical communication channels between internal and external engineers and key suppliers located in Japan, India, and the US to ensure timely and effective support for ongoing and future projects.
Act as the central point of coordination for all project stakeholders, facilitating technical reviews, resolving scope issues, and ensuring all parties are operating under a unified project vision.
Qualifications:
Skills in CATIA V6 (3D EXPERIENCE) are required as shown below;

Drafting
5+ years of experience in design and development of various automotive resin parts for Interior/Exterior (soft and hard trim)
5+ years of experience working with an OEM or Tier 1 supplier for Interior/Exterior resin parts developments
3+ years of experience leading team to manage project(technical guidance, managing schedule and quality of outputs)
Knowledge of solid / surface modeling and mechanical drafting
Understanding the development schedule related to automotive development
Thorough understanding of various resin parts manufacturing processes, DFMEA, GD&T, and cumulative tolerance analysis
Preference given to those with Honda parts development experience
Japanese-English bilingual skills are must (JLPT N3 or higher)
MS Office skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams are essential
