We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong network in the education sector to drive sales of our Educational ERP solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities by selling Educational ERP solutions to Schools, Colleges, Universities, and Educational Groups. Leverage existing relationships with decision-makers such as Chairpersons, Trustees, Principals, Vice Chancellors, Registrars, Directors, and Management. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and requirement analysis. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, references, and outbound sales activities. Coordinate with the pre-sales and implementation teams for successful client onboarding. Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates. Required Skills & Experience610 years of B2B IT/SaaS/ERP software sales experience. Must have an existing network and strong connections with Schools, Colleges, Universities, and Educational Institutions in Uttar Pradesh. Proven experience selling Educational ERP, School ERP, College ERP, University ERP, LMS, EdTech, or SaaS solutions. Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred CandidateExperience in Educational ERP, EdTech, or SaaS sales is mandatory. Strong understanding of the education ecosystem and procurement process. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling enterprise sales. QualificationBachelor's Degree (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred). Job LocationWork From Home (Candidate must be based in or around Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh).
