The person in this role will help drive recruiting strategy, candidate engagement, client coordination, talent pipeline creation, market intelligence, and brand credibility for Godlr.Role Overview - FTE RecruitmentYou will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for US-based technology hiring mandates while also supporting business development, talent pipeline building, candidate marketing, and recruitment operations.This recruitment will primarily be for full time employee roles of our clients. Occasionally, there may be mandates for contract roles as well.The ideal candidate is resourceful, proactive, polished in communication, and deeply experienced in sourcing and engaging technology candidates through multiple channels.You should be comfortable operating independently, interacting with senior stakeholders, and helping shape recruitment processes and market positioning for a dashboards.Recruitment Operations & Brand BuildingHelp establish strong recruiting processes and SOPs.Create presentations, recruiting reports, capability decks, and hiring documentation.Support proposal creation and recruitment advisory initiatives.Assist in building Godlrs brand image among candidates and clients.Maintain professional candidate communication and employer branding standards.Contribute ideas to improve sourcing effectiveness, delivery quality, and operational efficiency.Business Development SupportIdentify strong candidate pipelines that can be marketed to prospective clients.Support outbound recruiting/business development campaigns when needed.Help generate strategic insights that can open client conversations.Assist in creating recruitment-focused content, talent insights, and hiring intelligence.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.Strong experience sourcing technology candidates across multiple platforms.Excellent understanding of US technology hiring trends and terminology.Experience working on W2, C2C, and full-time roles.Strong understanding of US visa classifications and hiring constraints.Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building ability.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong organizational and follow-up skills.Experience using ATS/CRM systems and sourcing tools.Strong Boolean search and internet research skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience working directly with US clients or hiring managers.Experience in executive search or leadership hiring.Exposure to AI-enabled recruiting workflows and automation tools.Experience creating talent maps, market research reports, or hiring presentations.Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.Experience supporting business development or account growth initiatives.What Were
