The Content Strategist position is a key role at hear.com, responsible for sizable revenue and pivotal to growth marketing. The ideal candidate should have direct response marketing expertise and a lot of passion for copywriting, persuasion, and psychology.
Key Responsibilities
Work as an integral member of a high-performing Customer Acquisition team to develop and implement content initiatives that can help contribute to the business goals.
Quickly adapt to user psychography and write content that resonates across hear.com audience segments.
Write high-performing ad copies for Meta, YouTube, SEA, CRM, and GDN/Display
Write script for video ads and provide clear visual cues and hooks for designers to create thumb-stopping videos and collaborate with designers for shoot
Write and optimize landing pages and A/B test variations for conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Understand core performance metrics (CTR, CPL, leads, funnel drop-offs) and translate insights into content improvements
Collaborate with marketing teams to build and optimize ad campaigns and landing pages
Contribute to long-term marketing strategy—offers, positioning, messaging frameworks, and funnel selection for new launches
Stay up to date on latest copywriting trends and best practices to improve campaign performance.
Qualifications
4+ years in content/copywriting, including 1.5+ years in performance marketing or growth-focused content
Strong track record of creating high-converting offers and messaging
Hands-on experience in managing content for lead generation, funnels and multi-channel campaigns (digital + offline is a plus).
Customer-first, insight-driven, and metrics-focused (leads, conversions, revenue)
Enjoys strategizing and scaling profitable funnels
Clear communicator who takes feedback well and collaborates openly.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
Excellent command of English and Hindi
Familiarity with tools like Figma, Jira, Excel and AI writing tools is a plus.
Should have high attention to detail
Organized, flexible problem-solver able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
