Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service.
As we scale toward launch and long-term growth, we are seeking professionals who want to help build a next-generation aviation company and play a meaningful role in shaping how it operates from the ground up.
Role Overview
BOND is a high-growth private aviation company serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and leading corporations. With a fleet of Challenger 3500, Global 5000, Global 6500, Global 7500, and Global 8000 aircraft, BOND delivers a white-glove flight experience backed by deep operational expertise and a safety-first culture.
We’re looking for an Aircraft Maintenance Administrator to join our Maintenance Department in South Florida. This role is the backbone of our records operation — ensuring that every maintenance action is documented, traceable, and audit-ready. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and want to build a career in aviation, this is an exceptional place to start.
You’ll work directly with the Director of Maintenance, Maintenance Controllers, and our Quality team — gaining hands-on exposure to FAA-regulated maintenance documentation in a fast-paced, high-standards environment.
What You'll Do
Review and audit aircraft maintenance records, work orders, and task cards for completeness, accuracy, and proper sign-off.
Verify documentation conforms to BOND procedures, manufacturer requirements, and Federal Aviation Regulations.
Track Airworthiness Directives (ADs), service bulletins, and recurring inspection items to their next due times.
Confirm part traceability — matching tags, certifications (FAA Form 8130-3), and serial-number records for removed and installed parts.
Enter and update maintenance data in tracking systems (CAMP, CMP, or equivalent) and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Support internal and external audits by preparing conformity documentation and retrieving records.
Coordinate with technicians, planners, and Quality staff to gather and reconcile documentation — including during aircraft deliveries and transfers.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in an administrative, records, data-entry, or office support role.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical, organized approach to documentation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
May be required to work weekends and work after hours.
Ability to handle confidential and regulated documentation responsibly.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or coursework in aviation maintenance, business administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with Federal Aviation Regulations or aircraft maintenance terminology.
Exposure to maintenance tracking systems (CAMP, CMP, TRAX, AMOS, or similar).
Prior experience in an aviation, aerospace, or regulated, quality-driven environment.
Location & Travel
This position is on-site at BOND’s primary maintenance facility in South Florida. Travel may be required as necessary.
