Broad product scope: You’ll work across Pivony’s platform — end to end features, integrations, and performance. Compensation Base salary + growth-linked bonuses (tied to company growth such as MRR uplift, delivery milestones, and quality metrics). What you’ll do Build and ship scalable features with React and Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI). Design and integrate third-party APIs; own reliability, security, and performance. Collaborate closely with Product & UI/UX; iterate fast from idea to production. Contribute to clean architecture, testing, and deployment practices. What you bring (must-haves) 2+ years hands-on experience with React.js and Python. Strong API design/integration skills; responsive web and cross-browser/mobile know-how. Proficiency with Git; commitment to clean code and tests. Familiarity with AI-assisted dev tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, etc.). Disciplined, very hardworking, and self-directed — we’re a high-intensity team. Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/IBM Cloud) is a plus. Nice to have Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Computer Engineering (or equivalent practical experience). Work model Remote, Full-time (Contractor). Fast decisions, weekly goals, ownership from day one.
