Inside Sales / SDR at RocketReach
The Role
RocketReach is strengthening our sales foundation, and we’re looking for an Inside Sales/Sales Development Representative to help build and elevate our inbound (including sales assisting and closing smaller accounts) and/or outbound prospecting efforts. As a core contributor on the team, you’ll help define our workflows, improve how we engage prospects, and set the tone for a high-performing sales culture. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking initiative, testing new ideas, and making a visible impact on business results.
This role is fully remote and open to candidates in the U.S. and Canada.
Compensation: $40,000–$55,000 OTE (USD)

What You Get To Do
Qualify inbound leads and book high-quality meetings for the appropriate sales teams
Sales assist opportunities from inbound leads who want to purchase off-the-shelf
Run outbound outreach through calls, emails, and multi-touch campaigns to both existing users and new prospects
Anticipate, address, and overcome objections throughout the sales process
Partner with Account Executives to source new pipeline that converts to closed revenue
Understand prospects’ business goals to assess whether RocketReach is a strategic fit
Build trust and strong relationships with internal stakeholders and potential customers
We are Looking For People Who
1+ years of relevant professional experience (required)
Experience with outbound prospecting and cold-calling
Background in SaaS, B2B, or startup environments
A measurable track record of success in previous roles
Drive, scrappiness, and a genuine desire to grow a career in sales
A top-performer mindset, motivated by quarterly goals
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Product to educate customers on new enhancements to the RocketReach platform
