The Mission: Why Your Role Matters
You won't just be "making things look pretty." You will be the architect of our user experience. You’ll be translating complex, data-heavy workflows into sleek, intuitive interfaces that solve real-world problems. You’ll work at the intersection of psychology, technology, and business to ship products that users actually love to use.
What You’ll Do (The Hustle):
Master the Figma Canvas: Own our design ecosystem. From rapid wireframing to high-fidelity interactive prototypes, Figma is your playground.
Get in the Trenches: You won't design in a vacuum. You’ll talk directly to our end users, conduct deep-dive interviews, and uncover the "why" behind their pain points.
Rapid Iteration: We move fast. You’ll define, design, and test ideas in days, not months. You’ll iterate based on real-time data and user feedback.
Collaborate & Influence: Work side-by-side with Product Managers and Engineers. You’ll advocate for the user and ensure that what we build is technically feasible and aesthetically flawless.
Build the Blueprint: Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring every pixel across our SaaS suite feels cohesive and premium.
Ship with Purpose: Ensure accessibility and usability are baked into every design—not just as a checklist, but as a standard of excellence.
Who You Are:
A Figma Wizard: You know the ins and outs of Auto Layout, components, and prototyping.
A Problem Solver: You don’t just see a "feature request"; you see a user challenge that needs an elegant solution.
0–2+ Years of Experience: Whether you’re a fresh graduate with an incredible portfolio or have a few years of SaaS experience, your output and mindset matter more than your tenure.
User-Obsessed: You are genuinely curious about how people work and are passionate about solving their frustrations.
Hustle Mentality: You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are proactive, take ownership, and love the "build-measure-learn" cycle.
