Account Executive at MOLTEN Cloud

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an Account Executive (AE) to drive new business and revenue growth within the film and television industry. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role for a seasoned sales professional with a track record of closing $1M+ in annual sales.
As an Account Executive, you will be a key member of the business development team as an essential contributor to the growth of Molten Cloud:
High Performance Sales: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase funnel and close new business.
Recognize New Business Opportunities: Track emerging blockchain trends within M&E companies and source prospects to meet revenue projections. Consistently exceed individual sales goals.
Data Focused: Ability to analyze and act on data to identify sales segments that provide the most long term value for Molten Cloud.
Customer Led: A customer focused approach to sales with new and existing customers. Act as an internal advocate for customers to recommend new products and features to meet their needs and increase their profitability.
Industry Experience: Has a thorough understanding of trends in the media industry and a deep set of contacts.
Complex Partnerships: Experience in drafting and negotiating complex partnership agreements with global partners.
Responsibilities:
Drive Revenue Growth: Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on high-value deals ($100K+ ACV).
Develop Strategic Accounts: Identify and cultivate relationships with major film studios, TV broadcasters, distributors, and more within the film industry.
Industry Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of the film and TV production ecosystem to position Molten Cloud as a must-have solution.
Consultative Sales Approach: Understand clients’ pain points, articulate the value proposition, and tailor solutions to their unique needs.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline, leveraging Salesforce to track progress and forecast revenue.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
Contract Negotiation: Manage complex deal structures and navigate procurement processes within major entertainment companies.
As an ideal fit for this role, you have existing relationships with senior media executives, are results driven, team oriented and can thrive in a startup environment. Preferable experience: (a) tech B2B sales, (b) in the media industry, (c) at early to growth stage startups.
Proven Track Record: 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with at least 3 years selling into the film/TV industry (production, post-production, media asset management, or workflow automation preferred).
High-Value Deal Experience: Demonstrated ability to close $1M+ in annual revenue with six- and seven-figure contracts.
Industry Network: Strong relationships within Hollywood studios, streaming platforms, and production companies.
Technical Acumen: Understanding of cloud-based solutions, production workflows, and media asset management is a plus and ability to demo a complex solution to clients on your own.
Communicator: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are a great listener and build strong relationships.
