The OpportunityWe are looking for a talented Software Engineer in Test who can work across mobile testing, automation frameworks, API validation, and agile product delivery.This is a hands-on role for someone who can contribute immediately, take ownership, and work with a startup mindset. The ideal candidate should be committed to the product journey and willing to play an important role in helping us launch, stabilise, and scale the product in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesTest mobile applications across iOS and AndroidPerform both manual and automation testingDesign, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scriptsIdentify high-value test cases suitable for automationConduct API and backend validation, including REST APIs, JSON payloads, request/response validation, and error handlingSupport CI/CD and continuous testing practicesCollaborate closely with engineering, product, and delivery teamsRaise, track, and manage defects with clear evidence and reportingContribute to test planning, test coverage, regression testing, and release readinessDrive quality improvements across the product lifecycleRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3+ years of experience in software testing / quality engineeringStrong experience in mobile application testing across iOS and AndroidHands-on experience with mobile automation, preferably using Appium or EspressoExperience with Selenium or similar automation toolsStrong API testing experience using REST, JSON, and tools such as Postman or similarAbility to analyse requirements, identify risks, and create meaningful test coverageGood understanding of Agile delivery environmentsStrong defect reporting, documentation, and communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teamsWhat We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone with:A strong automation-first mindsetAbility to work across manual testing, automation testing, and API testingA practical, delivery-focused attitudeStrong problem-solving capabilityGood communication and stakeholder engagement skillsCommitment to the product and startup journeyA quality-focused mindset with ownership and accountabilityWhy Join Us?This is an opportunity to join a growing startup at an important product-launch stage.
