Job description
Responsibilities:
Work as a member of the development team to deliver the highest quality software solutions for our clients.
Engage in planning solutions for product feature work, including supporting vetting new ideas, owning technical designs, and providing suggestions for overall product improvements.
Implement business functionality by working closely with the development team, business team, account management team, and infrastructure team members.
Improving product code quality and maintainability through clearly defined standards and code reviews.
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
5+ years of experience with one or more of the following languages: PHP, JavaScript, Java, and C#.
Proficiency in front-end development using JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular is required.
5+ years of experience with one or more of the following database systems: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL
Experience delivering software solutions in an Agile environment
Knowledge of OOP concepts and design patterns
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice-to-Have:
5+ years of experience using one or more of the following IDEs: IntelliJ, PhpStorm, and Visual Studio.
Experience working in a cloud-centric environment (such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Experience using modern JavaScript frameworks to build user-friendly and accessible interfaces (such as Angular, React, etc.)
Experience and interest in digital marketing concepts such as search engine/social media marketing, search engine optimization, and data analytics.
