You'll create and execute high-performing creative across paid marketing, lifecycle, social, partnerships, and growth initiatives -- focused on execution, iteration, and performance. The job is turning ideas into hundreds of assets that drive measurable results, fast.You'll work closely with marketing, growth, brand, and product teams to develop creative that is both effective and on-brand.What You'll DoDesign and produce creative assets across paid social, display, video, email, partnerships, and lifecycle marketingAdapt campaign concepts into scalable systems across formats, channels, and audiencesDevelop, test, and iterate on performance creative based on data and insightsSupport major launches, campaigns, and seasonal moments with rapid creative executionMaintain and expand asset libraries, templates, and production workflowsExplore new tools, AI workflows, and emerging technologies that accelerate productionWhat You Bring3-6 years of experience in graphic design, growth design, production design, or a related fieldPortfolio demonstrating strong execution, craft, and attention to detail across performance and digital channelsStrong typography, layout, and visual communication skillsExperience designing for performance marketing and digital acquisition channelsComfortable working across static, motion, and light video -- proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative SuiteHighly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and comfortable owning work from brief to deliveryAfter Effects and AI creative tool experience a plusInterest in finance, markets, or technology a plusNYC Pay Transparency DisclosureSalary Range: $100,000 to $130,000 annually plus equity and benefits. This salary range is based on the current available market data, and represents the expected salary range for this role. Kalshi has minimal hierarchy and few titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.
