Design Intern (Creative, Documentation, Brand Assets) at GameOn Scheduler Design Intern About GameOnScheduler GameOnScheduler is building the simplest way for sports clubs, leagues, and recreational organizations to automate scheduling, manage members, streamline communication, and keep games running smoothly. Our mission is to make running a sports club effortless so players can focus on the game, not the admin. Why This Role Exists We’re expanding our product design and marketing capabilities and need support developing our visual identity, documentation, and branded materials. You’ll work closely with the founders and our current designer to help establish the look and clarity of the product. What You’ll Do Creative & Marketing Design Create branded graphics and visual assets. Design creatives for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Produce visuals for one-pagers, pitch decks, and landing pages. Help shape our visual identity. Product Documentation & SOP Design User guides and how-to documentation. Internal SOPs and feature walkthroughs. Step-by-step visual materials using tools like Scribe, Beautiful.ai, and Canva/Figma. Who You Are Has a strong design instinct and enjoys creating layouts. Can take rough ideas and create polished materials. Loves organizing information clearly and picks up new tools quickly. Is proactive, resourceful, and self-directed. A portfolio (even small or personal) is a strong plus. Compensation & Logistics (Please Read) Type: Internship to start ( Anywhere from $15 - $25 hour) Duration: 3 Months to 6 Month Commitment: [10-15] hours per week (Remote/Flexible).
