Key Responsibilities
Sales Development
Research and build targeted prospect lists of D2C brands, e-commerce companies, and high-growth startups
Craft sharp, concise messaging that lands Sagepilot's value proposition, no generic templates
Hand off discovery-ready conversations to the sales lead
Follow up relentlessly and professionally, the difference between a close and a miss is often just one more touchpoint
Revenue Operations
Own CRM hygiene: maintain accurate records of all outreach, pipeline stages, and contact data in real time
Build and maintain prospect databases, contact lists, and segmentation logic for outbound campaigns
Set up and manage outbound sequences in the CRM
Track pipeline metrics, flag bottlenecks, and surface weekly reporting to the team
Support client onboarding coordination, ensuring handoffs from sales to ops are clean and documented
Maintain internal SOPs and playbooks as processes evolve
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Fresh graduates or final-year students in any discipline
Excellent written and spoken communication, confident, clear, persuasive, and to the point
Organised and detail-oriented, you can juggle high-volume outreach without letting quality slip
Resilience, you treat rejection as signal, not verdict
Comfort with (or eagerness to learn) tools: Attio, LinkedIn, Linear, Notion, Slack.
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Attio, Salesforce) is a strong plus
Genuine curiosity about AI, SaaS, and the D2C ecosystem, you can hold a credible conversation with a founder
