Key Responsibilities:
Design, test, and optimize prompts for ChatGPT, Claude and other large language models (LLMs) to improve accuracy and reliability.
Work directly on customer prompt generation and optimization in partnership with customer support and the engineering team
Create custom prompts and scripts for Chat and Voice agents.
Conduct prompt engineering experiments to enhance AI performance
Analyze AI-generated outputs, identify weaknesses, and refine prompts for better context understanding.
Stay updated with advancements in AI, NLP, and prompt engineering techniques.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI responses, biases, and inconsistencies.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.
Experience designing, testing, and refining prompts to optimize LLM outputs.
Experience working with GPT-4o (ChatGPT’s base LLM), or other foundational models (Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, etc.).
Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts.
Excellent communication skills to convey AI behavior insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Highly Desired Qualifications:
Experience with fine-tuning or customizing LLMs.
Familiarity with prompt engineering tools like LangChain.
Knowledge of ethical AI practices and bias mitigation strategies.
Experience working in industries where AI-driven automation is critical (e.g., customer support, content generation, chatbots).
