Prospecting & List Building: Creatively build targeted prospect lists and identify best-fit talent for open roles. Sourcing Outreach: Execute personalized outreach campaigns across multiple channels to engage passive talent. Preliminary Screening: Conduct initial screens to assess fit and interest before moving qualified candidates to next stages. 👋 Who You Are Proven experience in sourcing and talent research — ideally at a startup or fast-moving team. Creative and resourceful in finding and engaging hard-to-reach talent. Organized and self-motivated — you know how to hit volume goals without sacrificing quality. Excellent written communication skills for clear, compelling outreach. Comfortable using recruiting technology to manage the sourcing and screening processes.
