Role Summary:
Responsible for generating upsell opportunities, keeping customers informed on order status, and identifying new association-level sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for upselling additional services.
Explain upsell offerings clearly and convert leads into sales.
Provide timely updates to customers on the status of upsell orders.
Maintain accurate records of upsell activities and customer interactions.
Identify and approach new apartment associations for potential sales opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of upsell services.
Skills Required:
Good communication and persuasion skills
Customer handling and follow-up ability
Basic CRM or tracking knowledge
Sales-oriented mindset
Ability to identify and close new opportunities

Experience in real estate or service sales
