This role is based remotely within the Northeast U.S. for monthly co-working opportunities, will collaborate across the organization, and will report to the Group Product Manager.\nWhat You'll Do: Oversee our E-commerce Capabilities - you will own building a strategic roadmap to support scaling Ollieâs growth by defining the E-commerce squad roadmap and executing strategic initiativesLead our E-commerce Squad - you will lead a dedicated engineering squad using Agile Scrum best practices to deliver ready to ship features and enhancements against critical business timelinesEmpower our Growth Marketing team - working closely with Ollieâs internal stakeholders, you will help define the product requirements for key functionality to enable our Growth Marketing team to execute effectively.
