Role Overview
The Marketing Intern will help shape how LotusPetal AI shows up in the market. You'll work on content, campaigns, social media, and demand generation efforts that directly support our sales pipeline and brand presence. This role is ideal for a student who wants real ownership — not busy work — and who can move fast with both creative and analytical thinking.

What You'll Do
Create and schedule content across LinkedIn, email newsletters, and the company blog
Draft case studies, one-pagers, and product-focused content for target buyer personas
Research and maintain a database of industry events, associations, and media outlets
Support SEO efforts including keyword research, meta descriptions, and content optimization
Assist with paid campaign setup and performance tracking (Google Ads, LinkedIn)
Coordinate webinar logistics, landing pages, and post-event follow-up sequences
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform positioning
Track and report on engagement metrics across all marketing channels
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
Strong writing and editing skills — you can write clearly and persuasively
Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
Basic knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Canva, Mailchimp, or Google Analytics is a plus
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Interest in B2B marketing, AI, or government technology is a strong differentiator
Prior internship experience in marketing, PR, or content creation is helpful but not required
Growth & Development
You'll leave this internship with a portfolio of published work, hands-on B2B marketing experience, and direct exposure to startup go-to-market strategy. Exceptional interns may be considered for continued part-time or full-time roles.
