What You’ll Do • Run cold email + LinkedIn campaigns (Mailmodo, Apollo, Lemlist) • Manage and QC prospect lists • Track and report campaign performance • Drive demo bookings from conferences and outreach • Work closely with Hiration’s leadership team to drive growth Must-Haves • 1–3 yrs in B2B lead gen or growth (SaaS/EdTech ideal) • Hands-on with email + LinkedIn outreach • Sharp attention to detail and clear writing • Organized, reliable, and data-driven Nice-to-Have • Create content (emails, posts, blogs, case studies) • Build/optimize landing pages and lead funnels • Use GA4, Mixpanel, or Hotjar for conversion tracking • Experiment with ads (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) • Test and suggest new growth tactics — if it can bring leads, try it Why Join • Remote + flexible • Own campaigns end-to-end • Learn directly from the leadership team • Freedom to test ideas and make real impact If you love experimenting and making growth happen → email us at tuba@hiration.com
