We’re looking for a Senior Manager / Director Program Management to lead the execution of complex R&D and engineering programs within our company. This role connects technical development with organizational discipline to ensure that every activity is being run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, orchestrate schedules and priorities, and adapt between Agile and Waterfall methodologies to fit each project’s technical complexity and lifecycle. This is a hands-on, high-visibility position at the heart of our engineering and innovation efforts. Key Responsibilities: Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of multidisciplinary R&D and engineering projects. Track activities to comply with timeline and quality expectations. Work with team members to create work plans, actionable prioritized items, and track for optimized execution. Drive execution through clear schedules, budgets, and risk management. Balance Agile and Waterfall frameworks depending on project phase and maturity. Track progress, communicate milestones, and maintain alignment across internal and external stakeholders. Use data analytics to evaluate performance metrics, optimize processes, and inform decision-making. Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements for speed, quality, and predictability. Requirements You must be an assertive and efficient-driven team player, being able to assist others in their daily work. Bachelor’s degree - Engineering or a related technical field is a very strong advantage (relevant certifications are also an advantage). 7+ years of program management management experience in a technical or multidisciplinary environment. Strong technical literacy and ability to engage effectively with engineers. Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools. Working with dashboards, KPIs, and interpreting technical and operational data to guide execution is a strong advantage. Experience in advanced technology sectors such as aerospace, robotics, defense, or complex manufacturing is an advantage.
