Responsibilities & Essential Functions
Requires working knowledge and experience within own function/specialty area
Builds professional expertise, including knowledge of the domain, processes, customers etc.
Solves variety of problems of moderate scope and within own area
Analyzes possible solutions using technical expertise and independent judgment, but typically within defined practices and procedures
Guided by objectives of project or ongoing assignments
Plans own work priorities on a regular basis without guidance of management
Shares skills and knowledge with others while building working relationships
May participate in on‑call rotations and emergency response activities to support production systems and maintain platform reliability.

Required Job Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field and 0-2 years of experience; OR in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, at least 8-10 years of related experience
Deep knowledge of at least one programming language.
Ability to document, track and monitor problems/issue to a timely resolution
Self- motivated and Collaborative problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently/in a team environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
