Job Description
Handle society redevelopment projects from planning to approval stages, with a strong understanding of UDCPR 2020 and DCPR norms.
Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings, including layout plans, area statements, FSI/TDR calculations, and submission drawings for statutory approvals.
Liaise with municipal authorities, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution of planning, approval, and redevelopment workflows.
Assist in feasibility studies, documentation, and reports related to redevelopment and PMC assignments.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting), MS Excel, and MS Office.
Practical experience in redevelopment projects, approval drawings, and coordination processes.
Ability to work independently with attention to accuracy, compliance, and timelines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
