Our Applications business unit focuses on delivering a suite of advanced communication tools designed to enhance customer engagement. From cloud contact centers to feature-rich unified communications solutions, our Applications team is dedicated to providing businesses with the tools they need to streamline operations and improve customer experiences.
Why this role matters:
We are building a new team that will take over the ownership of the Studio platform. This product allows to set up AI agents for contact center communication. We highly value full-stack capability and we work using C# on backend and JavaScript/Typescript on frontend.
Your key responsibilities:
Serving as a key contributor to our core engineering team, focused on the development and enhancement of our SAAS technology platform.
Having an end-to-end ownership of core microservices and codebase, encompassing architecture, development, and deployment.
Leading the end-to-end development of features, working closely with the product manager, to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality.
Engaging in our Agile, delivery-focused development process to efficiently meet project goals and deadlines.
Developing tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code.
What you'll bring
Required:
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Backend or Full-stack developer
Working experience with C# and TypeScript/JavaScript (ideally with Vue.js or React).
Familiarity with MySQL database.
Excellent communication skills in English, including writing, speaking and listening to effectively communicate with technical and non technical people.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field.
Experience we consider a plus:
