On the consulting side, we provide both strategy and hands-on execution. On the education side, we empower individuals to build their own consulting businesses, giving them the tools and confidence to succeed. We're looking for a Front End Engineer with 2+ years of full-time experience to join our team. You'll be transforming our designer's Figma mockups into pixel-perfect, high-performance web applications for both client and internal projects. What you'll do Translate Figma designs into clean, maintainable React/Next.js code. Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using Tailwind CSS. Collaborate closely with designers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and smooth user experiences. Work on both external client projects and internal product initiatives. Optimize frontend performance, SEO, and web accessibility across all projects. Implement reusable component libraries and maintain design system consistency. What we're looking for 2+ years of full-time experience in front-end development. Expert-level knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React/Next.js. Strong proficiency with Tailwind CSS and responsive design principles. Experience with component libraries and modern development tooling. Ability to work seamlessly with designers and translate mockups into production-ready code. Strong understanding of performance optimization, SEO, and web accessibility. Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to pixel-perfect implementations. Good communication and collaboration skills. Bonus: experience with animations, design systems, or proficiency with Figma and design tools.
