Role & responsibilities We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in ETL operations, SQL, Python scripting, and process monitoring. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing job monitoring, incident management, service request management, and coordinating with development and infrastructure teams. The role involves ensuring smooth operations, incident resolution, and providing timely updates to customers.Key Responsibilities:¢ ETL Operations: Manage and monitor ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure seamless data integration and accurate data flow.€¢ SQL: Utilize SQL to execute queries, monitor performance, and ensure data accuracy.€¢ Python/ PySpark Scripting: Write and maintain scripts for automation and data handling tasks.€¢ Job Monitoring: Track and manage scheduled jobs, ensuring they run smoothly and troubleshooting when necessary.€¢ Incident Resolution & Service Requests: Address and resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs, ensuring minimal business disruption.€¢ Collaboration with Development & Infrastructure Teams: Work closely with both the development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and optimize performance.€¢ Ticket Monitoring & Customer Updates: Monitor ticket progress and provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their queries or issues.€¢ Analytical Problem-Solving: Use strong analytical skills to identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications:€¢ Strong experience with ETL operations and SQL.€¢ Proficiency in Python/ PySpark scripting and code analysis.€¢ Experience in job monitoring and tracking scheduled tasks.€¢ Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with development and infrastructure teams.€¢ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve business queries and service requests.€¢ Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem resolution.€¢ Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide updates to customers and teams.Additional Requirements:€¢ Work Location: Pune, India.€¢ Shift Requirement: Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift rotation to ensure continuous monitoring and support.Role: Software Development - Other,Industry Type: IT Services & Consulting,Department: Engineering - Software & QA,Employment Type: Full Time, PermanentRole Category: Software DevelopmentEducationUG: Any Graduate
