You will spearhead the data architecture and work closely with the rest of the engineering team to build the backbone of our AI features. You will be a thought leader in the assessment and implementation of the most secure and robust AI tools that align with our organizational goals, so we can build forward-looking and intuitive data-driven products for our customers and users. Shift: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST Experience: 710 Years Location: Remote / India What you’ll do:Collaboratively design, build and own AI-powered features end-to-endDevelop and maintain AI prompts and context designs that support robust, repeatable, powerful use-cases for our end usersDevelop prompt libraries, templates, and versioning systems using best practicesImplement and support evaluation and observability systems for AI-powered features to ensure production quality of AI outputsCollaboratively design and implement data engineering requirements in support of AI-powered featuresManage technical debt, data architecture and system scalability in AI-powered featuresEnsure successful delivery of technical initiatives on time and with high qualityA team player working closely with other engineers to deliver on our AI roadmapContribute to and execute technical roadmaps that balance quick wins with long-term scalabilityBuild monitoring and observability metrics and KPIs to define benchmarks and measure effectiveness of data/AI products and initiativesEnsure data security, compliance, and privacy standards are maintainedImplement processes for monitoring, alerting, and incident managementWork cross functionally with engineers, QA and product managersProduce high-quality software that is fully tested, code reviewed, and secureStay on top of technology trends in the industry that might be used to resolve complex business problemsWhat you bring to the team:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field4+ years of building and shipping production software in a cloud environment3+ years of delivering AI-powered product features2+ years in data engineering and data infrastructure designHands-on experience building LLM-powered applications (prompting, tool/function calling, structured outputs, etc.)Experience with testing practices appropriate for AI featuresStrong experience in assessing and implementing different LLM-powered technologies and architecturesStrong background in AWS technologiesStrong background in software engineering with proficiency in NodeJS and PythonProven track record implementing tech stack tooling and driving best practicesStrong proficiency in SQL and T-SQLFamiliarity with scrum/agile development methodologies and DevOps tools, including GitExperience with Ruby on Rails platforms is a big plusStrong project management skills with focus on roadmap executionExperience in high growth, SaaS environmentsFast learner, analytical thinker, creative, hands-on, strong communication skillsProven ability to mentor engineersAn innate curiosity and desire to learn and growDedication to writing and maintaining documentationA willingness to adapt quicklyMust-Have SkillsLLM-powered applications (prompting, tool/function calling, structured outputs, etc, AI prompts and context designsRole: Data Scientist,Industry Type: IT Services & Consulting,Department: Data Science & Analytics,Employment Type: Full Time, PermanentRole Category: Data Science & Machine LearningEducationUG: B.Tech / B.E. in Any Specialization, Any GraduatePG: Any Postgraduate
