Role: Constrcution Analyst - Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineers.
We are looking for candidates interested in construction project data collection and analysis, with the potential to become Subject Matter Experts across sectors like residential, commercial, infrastructure, and more. High performers will have opportunities to grow into leadership or client-facing roles within 12–18 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze data on construction projects (tenders, plans, approvals, companies, etc.)
Conduct primary & secondary research using online sources and telephonic interactions
Validate and update project data in internal systems
Support client queries and ensure data accuracy and quality
Develop sector expertise and contribute to data mapping & insights
Candidate Requirements:
Freshers (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or up to 1 year experience
Immediate joiners preferred
Comfortable with telephonic interactions
Good communication skills
Based in/near Navi Mumbai or Thane
Strong willingness to learn with professionalism and integrity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
